One step forward, one step back

Before

After

The buyer got back to me today and asked for the top label to be changed. This is due to the fact there could be confusion to what is requested, as there is white on the BLB logo I originally couldn't get rid off.

When I first did the logo on this plate, I was sent the PDF off the logo, which I simply couldn't find a way to eliminate the white after a long time trying. However, I knew in order for this to go ahead there must be a way to make the changes.
Even though it was a little stressful, as I did not want to let anyone down I kept calm and worked it out. It was quite simple, why I did not realise this first time around is a mystery, but it is all part and parcel of learning.

It took a little playing around with the text tool on Adobe Photoshop. I had to change the fill and stroke, multiple time in order for it register I wanted the fill to be transparent. Once I had successfully done that and the white had gone, the issue arose that the width of the stroke had changed, yet the stroke bar said there was non. This was the simple fix of just adding the stroke size, which suited me best.

Once I had completed this, I emailed it over and got thanked a lot, as it was exactly what they wanted. They were shocked at how quickly I managed to resolve the problem. A big sigh and relief.
