Editing hands

After Lalage reviewed the images from the photoshoot, she decided she liked the one pictured, but did not like the original hand positing. As we had a similar photo with another bag, but the hand on the other side, I was asked if I could change to the other hand instead. Now this is something I have never done before, but I do believe I did a great job, and Lalage liked it once she saw it.
In order to achieve this after the after photo, I probably did it the long winded way, but it worked. I duplicated the image, lasso tooled the around the hand and deleted that part. Then again lasso tooled around the sleeve and copied that. Before coping the sleeve, I clone stamped on the duplicated photograph, the flowers and leaves over the hand and sleeves. Once happy with outcome, I copied in position the sleeve on another layer, leaving a blank layer bellow ready for the hand.
Going to the image of another bag and hand which was preferred, I lasso tooled around that hand and copied it onto the other duplicated art board previously working on. Then I flipped the image and free transformed it until the hand lined up with the handle. I also made sure the hand was on the layer bellow the sleeve. Finally the outcome was positive.
