Cost matching

As I was the one who did all the stock taking and creating the last spread sheet, it was my job to work on excel some more today. This time was the lovely cost matching task, turned out to be a tedious job.

I had to look for the costs of each item from all three spread sheets and adding them in. I found these on some of the products, though most came from a price sheet I had emailed to me. Identifying what product matched which price was tricky, but I got there  in the end. Once I had worked out the costs, I needed to add a box under neath on each page of the overall cost of everything we have in stock per category. Then the same with all the metre's and quantities of each product. This was how they know exactly how much stock they have individually and all together, along with the overall cost of the stock.
